  • Property of the goods shall not pass to the customer until the customer has paid XLSPORT Pty Ltd in full.
  • Any claim for wrong shipment or damage must be made within 2 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from XLSPORT Pty Ltd.
  • In consideration of your agreeing to our request to trade with XLSPORT Pty Ltd on a credit basis, we the above mentioned Proprietors or Directors, in the case of a Company being the Proprietor, hereby warrant that all details are true and correct and agree to accept and be bound by the terms of credit and trading.
  • We and each of us hereby agree to jointly and severally guarantee to pay any debt which becomes due and owing in the course of our trading with XLSPORT Pty Ltd.
